CrewBase helps organizers of CrossFit, Hyrox, and fitness competitions manage crew and volunteers efficiently. We offer a free tier that’s genuinely useful—one competition, up to 50 crew signups, full workflow—and a Premium tier for those who need unlimited scale and advanced tools. Our mission is to simplify organizing so you can focus on creating great experiences for athletes and participants.
Our Story
CrewBase was created by Bruno Fornari, a fitness enthusiast who experienced firsthand the challenges that competition organizers face when managing competition crews. Having participated in and organized numerous fitness competitions, including CrossFit and Hyrox competitions, Bruno recognized the need for a better way to coordinate crew members, staff, and volunteers. He built CrewBase as a way to give back to the community that has given him so much.
The platform started with a promise: core features would stay free so every organizer could run their events without cost. As infrastructure and development costs grew, we introduced Premium—unlimited competitions, bulk exports, priority support—so that those who need more can support the platform while we keep the free tier strong and available for everyone.

We keep the free tier useful and permanent. Premium helps us cover infrastructure and development so we can keep improving CrewBase for everyone.
Free Tier — Always Free
One competition, up to 50 signed-up crew members, 5 leaders, 1 organization. Full workflow: applications, statuses, attendance, certificates, basic PDFs. No credit card required. We will not remove or restrict these core features.
The free tier is here to stay. Upgrade to Premium only when you need unlimited scale or advanced features.
Premium — When You Need More
Unlimited competitions, unlimited crew signups, unlimited leaders and organizations. Bulk PDF exports, priority support, and every future premium feature. Your subscription helps us run servers, fix bugs, and build what the community asks for.
