The deal
By using CrewBase, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable, not just legally defensible. If something here doesn't make sense, ask us.
What CrewBase is
CrewBase is a crew management platform for fitness competitions. It comes with a free tier (one competition, limited features) and an optional Premium plan for more scale and power. We provide it as-is — we try to keep it up and useful, but we can't guarantee it'll always be perfect.
Your account
Your account is yours. To keep things working:
- —Use your real information — fake details break the system for everyone
- —Keep your password secure — don't share it
- —Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised
- —You're responsible for what happens under your account
How to use it
Don't use CrewBase to:
- —Do anything illegal
- —Harass, spam, or mess with other users
- —Pretend to be someone you're not
- —Interfere with the platform or other users' experience
Ownership
The CrewBase platform — its design, code, and content — belongs to us. Your data is yours. We don't claim ownership of anything you create or upload.
Liability
CrewBase has a free tier. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we can't be held responsible for indirect or consequential damages from using the platform. For what it's worth, we take reliability seriously.
Ending the relationship
You can delete your account anytime — no questions asked. We can suspend or terminate accounts for serious violations of these terms. If we do, we'll tell you why unless there's a legal reason we can't.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll let you know before the changes take effect. Continuing to use CrewBase after that means you accept the new terms.
Premium subscription
Billing
Premium plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on what you chose. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. We'll charge the same card unless you update it.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. No penalties, no guilt trips.
Refunds
We don't offer refunds for periods already billed. That said, if something went wrong on our end, reach out — we'll make it right.
The free tier stays free
One competition, up to 50 crew sign-ups, 5 leaders — this will always be free. We're not going to bait-and-switch you. Premium adds capacity and features, it doesn't take anything away from the free tier.
Pricing changes
If we change Premium pricing, we'll give you at least 30 days notice before it affects your subscription. You can cancel before any increase takes effect.
